Return Policy

 

Your satisfaction is important to us at Mi Beauti, so we have the following Return Policy set out for you.

You can return unopened/unused (for hygiene purposes) items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase for a full refund to your original method of payment.

All products that are not lashes also have a 20 day no questions asked guarantee. If you are unhappy with your items please let us know for a full refund.

On Lashes Only … In circumstances where you consider that a lash is defective; defects must be reported within 10 days of purchased. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange on lashes this is due to individual handling and care cannot be verified.Lash life can be 10-30 wears based on handling and care of each persons.Upon receipt of the potential defective item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement.


Circumstances out of the above we will consider on an individual basis.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.

You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
